COME ALIVE COMMUNICATIONS INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Come Alive Communications offers a competitive and robust STUDENT INTERN PROGRAM for students at the following levels:

• high-school juniors or seniors interested in the field of translation, internet services and digital communications
• college/university students pursuing a degree in the field of languages, computers or related digital services/design, or the undecided curious about the field
• graduate-level or post-graduate students
• professionals in the field interested in long-term job opportunities

The internship period is flexible, depending on the student's need, graduation requirements or travel plans. In general, however, interns remain for a period of 8-16 weeks, and receive a solid introduction to the field of multilingual digital communications on the professional level. They are not guaranteed any level of training or expertise, but should expect a fast-paced yet casual environment where their individual needs, skill levels and questions can be taken into account in the formation process. In general, interns receive a level of training commensurate with their effort and interest.

Come Alive interns are generally uncompensated. They assume all expenses for their own travel, lodging, liability, insurances, and personal needs. However, in extreme circumstances, Come Alive may consider minimal financial assistance via an addendum to the APPLICATION FOR INTERN POSITION indicating such need.

Applicants for the intern position are evaluated competitively based on their application, academic credentials and any previous experience, work or training in the field. A maximum of three interns per academic semester are accepted.
